Wholesale pricing is exclusively for retailers selling in their own brick-and-mortar stores or on their own online stores, not through 3rd-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Facebook, Alibaba, etc.).

Reseller Partner Policies
For retail/wholesale resale customers, our policies are as follows:
- You are not permitted to resell our products via 3rd-party websites, including but not limited to Amazon, Facebook, Walmart, eBay, Alibaba, etc.
- We ask that you limit advertised sales prices to a maximum of 30% off MSRP for in-person sales at your brick-and-mortar locations and limit advertised sales prices to a maximum 20% off MSRP for online sales (maximum 30 days).
- Online sales are permitted only through your own, directly-owned webstore.
These policies are to protect the sale value of our games, both for the long-term health of our company and also for the benefit of all our other retail partners.
If you do not honor these policies, we reserve the right to remove you from our retailer list.
